Purpose & Mission

The Liaison Office of the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens is essentially the connecting link between the University and the labor market. The purpose of the Liaison Office aims to provide services to students and graduates of the University of Athens.

What We Offer

  • The Liaison Office of the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens has the mission of informing members of the University (students, graduates, researchers and faculty members) about issues related to research and education, available financial resources, as well as potential employment opportunities. A key axis of the Office’ s activities is the provision of career planning consulting services, as well as personal support and encouragement.
  • Activities of the Liaison Office of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens 
  • The Liaison Office of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens provides the following services:
  • Monitors and records available job positions in the public and private sectors both in Greece and abroad (through the International Careers Unit), in order to facilitate the student’ s search for employment.
  • Informs students about domestic and foreign postgraduate programs.
  • Informs students about available scholarships and endowments.
  • Collaborates and supports the internship program.
  • Assists and informs the interested party regarding the writing of a CV and the interview.
  • Provides individual and group Counseling Support to students (undergraduate, graduate and graduates) in order to facilitate the choice of the most suitable professional and educational directions for them
  • Conducts studies that concern, among other things, the absorption rate of graduates in the labor market.

  • Provides information on the activities of various research centers as well as public and private enterprises.

  • Organizes educational seminars, career days as well as a series of other events.
